Running shoes
The running shoes are a specific type of shoe for running, are highly specialized and feature numerous advancements and cutting-edge innovations. They are characterized by their excellent cushioning, stability and control of pronator and supinator tread. The running shoes are a product of mass consumption and are often designed in the latest fashion, so they are widely used also for a casual or urban use.
Damping
Running shoes should have a sole with cushioning to protect the shock generated by the impact of the foot on the floor, which can reach 2 to 3 times the weight of the rider. Training models have more cushioning than the competition, which negatively affects their weight, but this is necessary because of the high mileage they support.
