Writing for Business and Marketing

Whatever it is you write for your business or work, that deserves your full attention for your business to thrive. Anyone can hold a pen or sit at a computer may be able to write something to make known his intentions, but for writing with immediate effect and force, a writer must take into account some essential points.

Before you start writing, organize your thoughts is an absolute necessity. How could you take notes as you think. During this process, you must:

* Analyze your readers to think about these questions: What age group is the audience and what are their needs in relation to your business? Then, consider the views of readers. What do you want to know? What they need to know? Also imagine what details, if any, must be included.

* Analyze your credibility. You're doing ethical? You are hurting your business, writing to other private information or technical knowledge that is not protected by copyright? Are you sick of a person or group holding back information? Are you trying to exaggerate a point unnecessarily or omit some key data? You can increase your credibility, including evidence that supports the proposal or the point you want to do.

* Even if you submit a proposal perfect or a perfect relationship, what kind of questions you can anticipate next?

Then, make a list of things that are going to write, and organize them into groups of similar ideas. This is, roughly, the body of the text.

Before you start writing the initial draft, make sure you understand these basics:

* Decide what the main idea is that and put down first. Make sure that your purpose in writing this proposal, announcement, text, etc. is immediately clear to readers.

* Readers remember the first best phrases and ideas introduced soon. In other words, first come first served. Put the ideas less important at the end of the text.

* Start each paragraph with a sentence that introduces strong and summarizes what the paragraph will contain. So, you can reinforce with supporting sentences. Idea for each paragraph is the way to go. Do not flood a paragraph with different ideas.

* The short sentences and short paragraphs make text easier to read. A short sentence is twenty words or less. The phrase shorter, the greater the understanding, therefore, helps to maintain the first sentence of each paragraph short. Then, vary the sentence lengths to make the text interesting.

* The tone of the text is important. Always be aware of the tone used, because the tone shows your attitude. Stay away from negative tone as condescending, blaming, angry, etc.
* Use the active voice. Active voice speaks directly to the reader, and makes the writing sound more sincere and less boring.

* Use words as transient, however, in consequence, also, etc., to connect together the ideas.

* Use headings and subheadings so that the reader may find the content more easily.

* If what you are writing is a business letter or you are facing a specific person, but are not sure of the title (Mr. Mrs. Ms. or Dr.), leaving the title and use the full name of the person , and. g., Dear John Doe.

* If you use a template, do not use words or phrases of the sample. You need to be original to make your point.

Things to avoid, because it can be boring or will be misunderstood:

* The slang and curse words

* The words with double meanings

* Clichés

When the situation allows, write in a friendly, conversational style. Write as if you're talking to a specific person. Drafting a business need not be formal all the time.

Then, the method of writing should not be rushed. Write the first draft, correct, so do not miss any new idea. Then, go back and revise the text. When you revise, read what you wrote aloud and listen to find out if the writing flows well, or you can use a tape recorder and listen again.

The visual design of the text is important, too. The text must be centered on the page and each page should be balanced.

Effective writing is not only important to help your business, but also shows the image of your company and the type of person you are, then you should take every precaution with it .......
