Creating Positive Change

We have almost a month and a half since I said goodbye to 2010 and begin 2011. How are you doing with your resolutions this year?

The resolutions declared in moments of emotion, are full of good intentions. With expectations that this coming year will be better than what just happened. But how do you experience when you realize that you walk this month progresses and still not see results? In some cases, those good intentions full of hope are starting to become sources of frustration and self-recrimination.

There are some reasons why our hopes do not materialize. Give them a look and judge if one of them will look familiar:

Very high and unrealistic goals. These often create a sense of inertia and awe. There are probably many "small-Large" details of which are important to take care before you jump to a larger space. When an area of your life lacks stability, means that there is "something" that has not been cured or completed. This way you operate unconsciously in an unsecured personal space and enduring.

Floating Objectives: These objectives are not related to your vision. They can be based on two things. One: In what someone thinks you should do or want. Two: It is based only on an illusion that does not support any of your intentions to achieve in your life. There is no detailed plan or a strategy set. And if indeed there is, but you keep putting off getting more than, have known it is equal to having no plan or action.

Ambiguous Objectives: Here you find it difficult to establish a concrete plan. Much talk and little to create or do. On the other hand your goals are so vague that your plan is not specific enough to have a tangible result.

Lack of Inspiration / Motivation: You have your intentions clear, you know where you go and you can even visualize your final achievement. But nevertheless there is a part of you that no matter how attractive the plan, you just lack energy. It costs to be consistent.

Several much of Idea: This is a clear indication that there is clarity on what you want. Master a fear that is not able to handle and you've sealed for more entrepreneurs who are your intentions.

Rigid or absolute goals: There is an expectation created each result should look like. No room for creativity and flow of any changes or unexpected challenge. Life is an unpredictable process and adhere to a particular way to achieve is to limit our chances of success and personal fulfillment.

If you want to create real change in your life, have here are some strategies that could support you to succeed in your care:

Consciously choose a goal that feel manageable and that it remains a challenge for ti.Asegúrate that your goal is directly related to your vision and purpose of personal life. Be as clear as the water you are investing your energy into something you really want, worthwhile and achievable. Define a plan that not only outlines the major steps to achieve it, but you need to complete to make it happen. And that each of the above will track to your vision, not the other way. Remember that as you walk, there is always opportunity to refine. Stand firm for what you love and dream. Create positive changes sure to watch every detail! From this point forward ... Make it happen!
