Have you ever noticed how the pace of business has accelerated and intensified?-How was never able to reach and feel on top of things?., What you feel constantly stressed and never relaxed?-This work is not as fulfilling as Once upon a time? - Well, living in a "pressure cooker" is not fun - even for carrots and potatoes. -

Have you been there.-Too much work, too many tasks and deadlines that are too short.-pressures eventually take a toll on your happiness, and your physical and mental well-being, unless you can figure out a way to effectively address with them.

Maybe I remember hearing that "the balance in life" is more important, you should have a little 'time for your family, your work, and yourself.-This is an outdated concept, or a realistic goal -is? Achievable in today's world and the business climate?-If you reach, how do you do?

Managers are experts at solving problems.-We basically do this for a living.-But something went awry.-The same tools we use to solve our business problems, we are not applying our careers and lives. That managers do?-What are their responsibilities?-How to become effective? The traditional model is:-planning, organizing, leading, and Controlling.-If these functions, responsibilities and approaches work so well in performing our work, because they can not be applied in a broader context for us as total human beings and not? Of-only in the small "box management" Sure they can. -

ORGANIZE your-priorities-work. If the deviation from the plan or program is minor, these changes usually do not need to be addressed or micro-managed.

LEAD - As a manager you must motivate and delegate.-function of direction for employees and motivating them constantly will result in many articles that do not even reach his desk.
