Leadership in Organization

Effective managers are not necessarily true leaders. Many administrators, supervisors, and even top managers successfully perform their responsibilities without being great leaders. But these positions offer opportunities for leadership. The ability to conduct in an effective, therefore, provides excellent managers in addition to those average.

In cases where management has to deal with the continuous, day-to-day complexity of organizations, a truly effective leadership includes orchestrating major change. While the routine management requires planning and budgeting, including leading the direction setting (creating a vision) for the management of the enterprise is necessary to structure the organization, staffing with capable people, and monitoring activities; leadership goes beyond these features inspiring people to achieve the vision. Great leaders keep people focused on moving the organization toward its ideal future, motivating them to come any obstacles are in the middle.

Organizations success or failure not only as are well conducted, but also because of how followers and follow. Just as managers are not necessarily good, people are not always good followers. The most effective followers are capable of independent thought and at the same time, they are actively committed to organizational goals. As a manager, you will be asked to play the roles of both leader and follower. As you bring the people who report to you, report to your boss. It will be a member of some groups and committees, it is also possible other chair. Followers are effective
distinct from ineffective ones by their enthusiasm and commitment to the organization and a person or object other than itself or its interests. They master skills that are useful to their organizations, and held to performance standards that are higher than required. To be a good leader you must first become a good follower .......
