Anatomy of Negotiation

In my previous articles "The Secrets of trading" I introduced the tools that you are a skilled negotiator. Negotiation is the type of tool that could really help out a corner in some circumstances, so in today's article, I'll take a look at what is the anatomy of trading.

The staff may be required to use their negotiation skills on different levels with people, internally regarding the sharing of scarce resources or even a personal basis to purchase a vehicle or a house. The negotiation takes place even as a requirement for leadership and relationships. Each negotiator draw two lines on the bottom and the peak, telling her in what he or she can negotiate the point, or what kind of authority and what he or she is enjoying, and what are the limitations, it seems that for some time major barrier to become a skilled negotiator. Several negotiators break down because one person to worry about its bottom line and the other have a number in mind, and one or both parties to adopt a negative attitude to fill the gap. Ideal and realistic goals must be set for the negotiation, including a step back. It 's important to set the right tone for the negotiations from the outset.

The elegant solution is a range of authorities is not a point in space. Knowing what your parameters are - what you authorized to negotiate, and what is your bottom line? A pre-assessment 'both' bargaining power the parties should be done. I firmly believe, if they are not authorized to make decisions independently or are not liberal decisions, you can not be a negotiator. Why would we fear in your mind if you want to take a particular decision if your old will appreciate the decision or not, this fear may stop trading your strength. Authority is the fuel trading. At first glance this section may seem very theoretical, but this is where the strategies and techniques are explored and practiced.

My advice here is if you delegate the subject to give them absolute authority if you want to get the pure result, I appreciate them for their decision not to accept 10 out of 10 good results, but act like you ever want from them ... ....
