• Loneliness and depression push the person to the isolation and when it ceases the relationship with others, the final person left alone.

• If the person has recently had a heartbreak accompanied by a breakdown may occur loneliness depression or vice versa.

• A person may experience bouts of loneliness and depression temporarily, if these episodes occur frequently can be seen that this constitutes a psychological problem.

• Women suffer more depressive episodes than men, but spend less time alone, so it seems that loneliness does not have anything to do with depression.

• introverted people usually have low self-esteem, are reluctant to take risks, have great difficulty relating to others, for that reason his friends are few or none, that makes these individuals more prone to depressive episodes .

• People extroverted introverts contrary, have a host of friends, have no difficulty relating, take every opportunity presented to them both work and social. Such people are always accompanied need to enjoy occasionally lonely times for recovery and social bustle. These people never fall into a depression due to loneliness, because find a way to enter back into social networks.
